I’ve just returned from an inspiring trip to Nashville, where I had the privilege of attending Sotheby’s International Realty’s annual Global Networking Conference (GNE). I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunity to connect with so many incredible professionals from around the world, learn new strategies, and hear from the brilliant Reese Witherspoon, who left us all feeling motivated and empowered.

Locally, we’re stepping into September with optimism! While summer typically slows the market, mortgage rates have dipped to 6.35%, the lowest since March 2023. This presents a fantastic opportunity for buyers to enter the market, and with home prices rising in 20 out of 26 counties, sellers are still in a great position as demand continues to outpace supply.

For Sellers: Now is the perfect time to take advantage of the high demand and limited supply.
